The welding power is used with DC frequency inverter power supply system with the features of electricity and energy saving.
The machine is equipped 12pcs of welding cylinder and 6 pcs or 4 Ppcs sets transformer prower. welding current of each single
point could be adjusted independently in order to ensure the reliability of welding spot needs current.
For the increasing the output efficiency, it is designed as double-layer feeder for cycle running. When one feeder is under welding about other fixture is manual loading the tube process.
Automatic mesh welding. used servo motor will drive to fixtures of both side belt go to needs correct welding position and ensure the mesh dimensions
Automatic stacking device: after welding the mesh, the top cylinder will take off the mesh and automatically grab it will movedown to stacking.
The setting position by servo motor. It helpful to reduce labor force and lower labor intensity. feeder for the convenience of transportation ,automatic stepping welding. Servo motor will drive the stepping belt to ensure the accuracy of stepping position.
